We're looking for an experienced retail leader who knows how to inspire people, lift performance, and deliver on sales targets.

As a Cluster Manager across 3 locations, you'll lead a portfolio of stores, partnering with Store Managers to drive sales, develop talent, improve customer experience, and ensure operational excellence across your region.

The stores in this region are:

- Maroochydore MYER
- Cairns MYER
- Chermside MYER

What You'll Be Doing

- Driving sales, KPIs, profitability and wage performance
- Coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams
- Recruiting, training and building future leaders
- Identifying opportunities to improve store performance
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and presentation standards
- Supporting inventory management,



stock accuracy and compliance

- A proven track record of delivering sales growth
