About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to site management and operational teams
- Managing employee records, timesheets, and site documentation
- Assisting with onboarding, mobilisation, and site compliance requirements
- Maintaining document control systems and databases
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Coordinating site logistics, travel, and accommodation requirements
- Liaising with employees, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Supporting daily site operations and business activities
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in a Site Administration, Project Administration, or Administration role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and proactive approach to work
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to work a 7/7 roster
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience within mining, maintenance, construction, or heavy industry environments
- Experience with payroll, ERP, or maintenance management systems
- Previous mobilisation or workforce administration experience
- Exposure to site-based operations
