About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing
- Providing general administrative support to operational and site teams
- Managing data entry, reporting, and document control functions
- Coordinating timesheets, employee records, and departmental documentation
- Assisting with onboarding and mobilisation requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required
- Supporting daily office operations and business activities
What You Will Need
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Qualified and proactive approach to work
Highly Regarded
- Experience within mining, maintenance, construction, or heavy industry environments
- Experience with ERP, payroll, or maintenance management systems
- Previous document control or project administration experience
