About the Role

Soul Origin Melbourne Airport is currently seeking a Full Time Back of House Team Member to join our energetic team. This role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring our customers have access to fresh, high-quality food from the moment the airport wakes up. If you are a morning person who takes pride in food preparation and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

- Hand-preparing a wide range of fresh Soul Origin products, including sandwiches, salads, baguettes, and wraps.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment in accordance with food safety standards.
- Managing your time effectively to ensure all food preparation is completed for the early morning rush.
- Assisting with general kitchen duties, including cleaning and stock management.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

Requirements

- Availability: You must be able to start shifts at 3:30 AM.
- Reliable transport to Melbourne Airport for early morning starts.




- Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is highly regarded.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy, fast-moving retail setting.
