About the role

We are looking for a Casual Retail Sales Assistant at Poolwerx. It's being the friendly face clients rely on when they walk through the door. It's the satisfaction of solving problems, supporting our clients, and knowing your work makes a real impact. It's working hours that work for you. Key responsibilities

- Help local pool owners with friendly advice, product selection, and troubleshooting

- Perform on-the-spot water tests and prescribe precise treatment plans

- Unpack stock, keep shelves full, and maintain a great-looking shop front

- Availability on Fridays, Saturdays some Sundays as well as the entire Summer season

About you

- Great communication skills and a positive attitude

- Reliability, high attention to detail, and willingness to learn

- Sales motivation and a strong problem-solving mindset

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekend shifts
