What you’ll bring

- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

- Experience in a pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen

- Kitchen leadership experience for Sous Chef, or confident grill skills for Grill Chef





- Solid food safety, preparation and stock rotation practices

- Pride in quality food, an organised section and supporting your team

- Flexible availability across prep, lunch and dinner shifts, including weekends and public holidays
