We’re looking for a senior planning leader whose next move is about more than a bigger title. It’s about what you get to build, the influence you can have and the opportunity to become an owner in the business you help create.

You may already lead a team, practice or market within a large consultancy. You know the industry, have established client relationships and may have spent years helping grow somebody else’s planning business.

Mosaic Insights is part of the Alluvium Group. Across the Group we have nationally recognised capability in biophysical science, social science, economics, engineering, water and climate. Much of our work already informs planning, development, infrastructure and investment decisions.

We want to build a planning practice that brings this expertise into the conversation earlier, when clients are deciding what is possible, where development should occur, what needs to be protected and how environmental and community outcomes can be built in from the outset.





Planning can connect deep technical expertise with the decisions that shape landscapes and communities. You’ll work where development, housing and infrastructure intersect with water, biodiversity, natural hazards, climate change, economics and community expectations. The ambition isn’t simply to navigate planning processes. It’s to help clients make better decisions before the pathway becomes fixed.

We already work in this space. What we don’t yet have is a planning practice deliberately built around this opportunity, or the senior planning leader to shape it.

You’ll be an experienced, senior professional and have deep technical capability to draw on and considerable freedom to determine what the practice becomes: the markets we pursue, clients we work with, work we want to be known for, partnerships we establish and people we bring into the business.
