This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Queensland. You will manage and grow key client accounts, build trusted relationships, and work with our teams nationally to deliver great outcomes for clients and candidates.

You are a commercially minded recruitment or workforce solutions professional who enjoys building partnerships, spotting growth opportunities and making things easier for clients.

You'll bring

- Experience in recruitment, staffing, workforce solutions or account management.
- A strong track record of growing existing accounts and building client trust.
- Commercial confidence, including pricing, margin and performance conversations.
- The ability to influence, collaborate and get outcomes across a national business.
