About the Position

To support our growing exploration drilling fleet, Foraco Australia has exciting opportunities for experienced Diamond Drillers to join our operations across Western Australia. Working on contemporary KWL and UDR diamond drilling rigs, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of your drill crew while delivering safe, productive, and high-quality drilling outcomes for our clients.

· Ensure safety compliance in accordance with Safety Regulations, as well as Company, Client, and Site policies and procedures

· Play an active role in team development through coaching and mentoring up and coming offsiders and trainees

· Provide leadership and support to drill crew

· Assist with general mechanical maintenance and servicing of rig fleet

· Participate in client interactions professionally to execute drill program successfully

· Engaging professionally with clients and site representatives to successfully deliver drilling programs.

About you





To be considered for this role, we are seeking the following:

· Demonstrated experience operating diamond drilling rigs, preferably KWL and/or UDR rigs.

· Extensive experience in exploration diamond drilling operations.

· Current HR Driver's Licence (essential).

· Certificate III in Drilling Operations or equivalent qualification (preferred).

· Current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).

· Senior First Aid Certificate (desirable).

· Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

· Ability to work in remote environments on FIFO rosters.
