The Role

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you’ll represent nationally recognised clients while developing your customer service, communication and sales skills.

Day to day, you’ll be:

- Building rapport and creating positive customer experiences

- Speaking with new customers and understanding their needs

- Developing communication, sales and relationship-building skills

- Working towards individual and team performance targets

- Representing our clients professionally

- Receiving regular coaching to improve your performance
