We are seeking a passionate and experienced Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving educational excellence while supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing centre.

About the Role
You will work in close partnership with the Leadership team and the educators to support the effective running of the service and rooms while also driving best practices across the centre.
As an Educator, you will be supporting adn driving delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework, EYLF and contemporary best practice.
Key Responsibilities
As Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:
- Build strong, professional relationships with families and the broader community
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
- Support centre readiness for Assessment and Rating
- Drive high-quality programming, documentation and reflective practice
- Embed the EYLF, NQS and contemporary pedagogy into daily practice
- Support educators to analyse learning, plan intentionally and extend children’s thinking
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence
About You
You are a confident educator who thrives on lifting others and shaping practice. You bring both warmth and professionalism, and you are ready to influence centre-wide quality.
You will have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma qualified Education (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and contemporary early childhood pedagogy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A cooperative, solutions-focused leadership style
- You will understand your responsibilities as a mandatory reporter and be able to demonstrate safe, ethical and professional behaviour at all times, including maintaining professional boundaries, actively supervising children, identifying and responding to risks and reporting concerns in line with legislative requirements.

- A pre-interview questionnaire.
- At least one ‘face to face’ interview.
- The requirement to provide a minimum of 2 referees who can be contacted to verify employment history and work performance.
- Provision of copies of ECEC qualifications, Working With Children Check status and other relevant qualification – these will be subject to verification.
- A requirement that you have completed National Child Safety training and state-based Child Protection Training prior to any engagement with children.
- You understand that you are expected to fully participate in an extensive Induction process.
You should also be aware that we will ensure ongoing monitoring of your suitability to work with children.
