Approximately 25 to 38 hours per week

Barnett’s Bakery is a long-established family business in Crescent Head, serving locals and visitors for over 30 years. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join the shop team and help keep service, presentation and workflow running strongly through busy periods and school holidays.

This is not a coffee-only role. We need someone who is happy to work across the whole shop and take initiative where needed.

What the role involves:

* Making coffee and cold drinks to a high standard

* Serving customers and handling tills

* Setting up cakes, pies, sourdough and display areas

* Refilling stock and keeping displays tidy

* Clearing and wiping tables

* Washing up, cleaning and general shop duties

* Helping keep the customer area clean, presentable and running smoothly

* Working as part of a fast-paced team and stepping into whichever task is needed





What we are looking for:

* Reliable and punctual

* Strong customer service and communication

* Happy to work across all areas of the shop

* Able to use initiative and keep moving during quieter periods

* Comfortable working in a busy environment

* Barista experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person

* Availability during school holidays and weekends is highly regarded
