We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team on a full-time fixed-term contract.
This position is being offered on a 6 month full-time max-term contract, with the initial term dependent on business requirements and workforce demand.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will partner with stakeholders across a national portfolio to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for a diverse range of professional, corporate and operational roles.

While your primary focus will be salaried and office-based positions, you will also support volume recruitment campaigns and frontline hiring initiatives when required.

Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a national portfolio,
partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of professional, corporate and operational roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across Australia to understand workforce requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools and proactive market mapping.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service delivery.
- Coordinate offers, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
- Support bulk recruitment campaigns, project hiring and workforce ramp-up initiatives when required.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support future workforce needs.
- Provide market insights, recruitment updates and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment activities are compliant, efficient and candidate-focused.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience within Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment, Agency Recruitment or an RPO environment.
- Proven experience recruiting for professional,
salaried or corporate positions.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
- Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and providing recruitment advice.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to both white-collar and frontline recruitment environments will be advantageous.
