I'm Looking For One Good Agent

I'm Jason Partridge, licensee and owner of Patterson First National in Port Macquarie. I'm writing this one myself, so you know who you'd be talking to.

We've been selling property in this town for decades. Locally owned, independently run, with one of Australia's most established brands behind us. I'm looking for one experienced licensed agent to join our sales team.

Who I'm After

Someone who already knows how to do the job. You hold a current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 licence, you've listed and sold residential property, and you can walk into an appraisal on your own and walk out with the listing.

You know the Mid North Coast, or you're responsible about learning it properly. You've got a car, a licence, and the sort of reputation that has past clients sending their mates to you.

What I Can Offer

An established local name. We're not a new shopfront, the phone rings here because of work done over decades. You won't be starting your reputation from scratch.

Support that's actually support. Admin, marketing, campaign management and paperwork are handled. Your job is to be in front of vendors and buyers, not at a desk at 8pm doing forms.

A property management department that feeds you. We run a substantial rent roll here, and those relationships turn into sales. That's a real pipeline,



not a line in an ad.

A team that isn't at war with itself. We're small enough that everyone knows everyone. Nobody here is quietly working your listing behind your back.

What I'm Not Offering

A salary with no expectations attached. Listings handed to you. A job where Saturdays don't exist. If that's what you're after, this one isn't it.
