Bentley’s Red Hill is a friendly, creative local salon known for personalised service and genuine client care. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, skilled hair professional to join our small, supportive team.

What you’ll be doing

In this dual role, you will support both the creative and operational sides of the salon, including:

- Providing professional hair services: cuts, colours, treatments and styling

- Delivering warm, personalised customer service

- Maintaining a clean, protected and hygienic workspace

- Greeting clients and managing front‑desk operations

- Booking appointments and managing the salon schedule

- Handling phone and email enquiries

- Processing payments and managing cash transactions

- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records

- Promoting salon services and retail products

- Supporting smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment

- Staying current with hair trends and industry best practices

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who is not only skilled, but also the right fit for our small team:

- A recognised qualification in hairdressing or strong professional experience

- Confidence in cutting, colouring and styling techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities

- Experience in a salon or customer‑service environment

- Familiarity with salon booking software

- A polished,



professional presentation

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- A passion for the hair and beauty industry

- First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
