About the role

W Win Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our Perth workshop team. With a growing fleet of concrete pumps equipments located in the WA market, additional local skills are needed to keep local customers equipment fully serviced. An initial 3 months training/onboarding period will be completed in Brisbane workshop or Sydney workshop for the successful candidate.

This is a hands-on role focused on the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of concrete pumping equipment.

You’ll work closely with our Head Mechanic and experienced technicians, with full on-the-job training provided before joining the Perth team. This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, wants to develop specialist skills, and is keen to grow with a business expanding in the Australian market.

What you'll be doing

1. Assemble, install, and maintain a wide range of mechanical equipment and machinery

2. Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance tasks to keep concrete pumps running efficiently

3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with concrete pump machinery, and carry out necessary repairs

4. Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to coordinate maintenance activities

5. Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards

6. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

What we're looking for

1. Formal trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting, Diesel mechanic or a similar trade

2.



Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a similar industrial setting

3. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position

4. Previous hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, pumps and compressors (desirable)

5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skill

6. Basic electrical knowledge
