We saved you a spot.
Seriously. We have been looking for someone like you, and we think you might have been looking for somewhere like us!
Little Allied Health is on the hunt for a Speech Pathologist who loves children, loves the work, and wants to be part of a team that is building something genuinely exciting in South Australia.
So, who are we?
We are Little Allied Health, a privately owned, proudly South Australian allied health practice that brings together speech pathology, audiology, and child and family counselling under one (very welcoming) roof. We work with children, young adults, and their families, and we take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously.
We are growing. We are ambitious. And we have big plans for what great paediatric care looks like in this state.
We are also the kind of workplace that will actually ask how you are and mean it. We work with you to build something sustainable, because we know a happy, supported clinician is the best thing we can offer our clients.
What will you actually be doing?
Great question. Here is an honest picture of what your days could look like:
- Seeing a diverse paediatric caseload, no two children, no two sessions, no two days are the same
- Assessing, diagnosing, goal setting, and delivering therapy that genuinely changes lives
- Collaborating with our audiology and child and family counselling colleagues, because the best outcomes happen when outstanding clinicians work together
- Being part of a structured training program designed to make you the best version of your clinical self
- Receiving regular, meaningful internal and external clinical supervision, not the tick-a-box kind
- Contributing to our vision of becoming the centre of excellence for children and families in South Australia, you are not just joining a practice, you are helping shape one.
Is this you?
- You are a qualified, experienced speech pathologist with a love for paediatrics (an interest in supporting children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing is desirable, but not essential)
- You are curious, kind, and committed to doing great work
- You thrive as part of a team, while bringing confidence and sound clinical judgement to your work with clients.
- You are the kind of person who celebrates a child's win like it is your own
- You like to laugh at work (mandatory, honestly)
Here is what you get
- A genuinely supportive team that will champion you, back you and celebrate your wins.
- Clinical supervision and professional development that is tailored to you
- A training program built to grow your skills and keep things interesting
- Strong clinical leadership, someone in your corner, always
- Meaningful work that reminds you why you chose this career
- Competitive pay that reflects your experience
- Full time or part time, because life is full, and we get that
Sound like your kind of place?
We would love to meet you. Email your CV and a cover letter to ••••@allearsandspeech.com.au and tell us a little about who you are, not just what you have done.
For a chat (the informal kind), and a copy of the position description, reach out to Nicole Eglinton, Chief Executive Officer, on (08) •••••110.
We’ll review applications as they arrive and look forward to welcoming the right person to our team. Applications will close once we’ve found the successful candidate.
We can't wait to hear from you.
