$80,000 base salary + uncapped commission

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our holiday accommodation portfolio across recent developments on the Gold Coast.

This is not a traditional property management role. It is a new-business position for someone who knows how to identify opportunities, open doors and convert commercial relationships into properties under management.

You will identify suitable developments, build relationships with developers, project marketers, sales agents, property owners and other local partners, and position Alloggio as the preferred holiday accommodation management provider.

You will manage your territory and pipeline with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with regional and national leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new development opportunities across the Gold Coast

- Build relationships with developers, project marketers, property owners and local industry partners

- Prospect, present, negotiate and convert new business opportunities

- Secure high-quality holiday properties under management





- Manage your territory and pipeline to achieve agreed portfolio growth targets

Skills and Experience

- Experience in project marketing, property sales or new business development

- A strong network within the Gold Coast property or development market

- A demonstrated ability to generate and convert recent business opportunities

- Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders

- A current Queensland real estate registration certificate or licence
