The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a highly regarded commercial real estate business based in Bankstown.

Managing an established portfolio of approximately 100 commercial, industrial and retail properties, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders.

With no accounts responsibilities, this position allows you to focus on your portfolio,



client relationships and delivering an exceptional level of service.

Your Day-to-Day

- Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 commercial, industrial and retail properties
- Initiate and manage lease negotiations
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders
- Manage arrears effectively
- Assist with basic financial reporting
- Ensure compliance requirements are maintained across the portfolio
- Handle day-to-day enquiries relating to the portfolio
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure exceptional service delivery

About You

- Previous property management experience
- Current Real Estate Licence
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Team player who values collaboration and a positive workplace culture
- Strong work ethic, initiative and a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence learning new systems
