The Role:

Supporting the Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of the portfolio, your responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Conducting routine inspections
- Conducting outgoing inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Responding to tenant and landlord enquiries
- Managing email correspondence
- Assisting the Senior Property Manager with general portfolio duties




- Providing day-to-day property management support

About You:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

- A current Certificate of Registration
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A professional and well-presented approach
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A genuine interest in developing your career within property management
