About the role
Salaried psychologist roles at Sprout Psychology Melbourne, full-time or part-time:
- Early career and registrars: $91,000–$102,000 + super
- Endorsed psychologists: $110,000–$130,000 + super
- Experienced psychologists: $130,000 plus + super
The standard clinical load is 5–6 billable sessions per day, covering assessment and therapy, and an established caseload is waiting. You'll have protected report-writing time and in-house admin support, with supervision and consultation structured to your stage of practice.

Sprout Psychology Melbourne is a multilingual private practice, established seven years ago, with clinics in Burwood and Hawthorn. We provide assessment and therapy for children, adolescents and adults, with a clinical specialty on autism, ADHD, learning differences and overlapping neurodivergence. Much of our work is with culturally and linguistically diverse families, particularly Chinese-speaking communities, which puts us where bilingual assessment and neurodivergence meet. Our practice is grounded in Therapeutic Assessment. We work closely with schools, paediatricians, psychiatrists, GPs and allied health providers.

Key responsibilities
- Assessment (such as Autism and ADHD assessments, learning profiles, complex neurodivergence assessments)
- Therapy (modalities may include CBT, DBT, EMDR, EFT)
- Manage a clinical caseload of 5–6 billable sessions per day
- Work with culturally and linguistically diverse families, particularly families from Asian backgrounds
- Communicate closely with established referrers such as, schools, paediatricians, psychiatrists, GPs and allied health providers
- Strong adherence to the Code of Ethics (2025), such as record keeping, consent discussions, continuity of care
About you
- Australian Trained & Registered Psychologist (early career or endorsed)
- Experience and/or strong passion for working with bilingual families and neurodivergence
- Accountable, eager and determined
