ESS is seeking experienced and safety-focused FIFO Bus Drivers to join our team on a newly awarded remote site contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new operation from the ground up while enjoying the stability and career progression that comes with Australia's leading remote workforce provider.

Working a 2:1 FIFO roster, you will play a critical role in transporting employees safely around site while also supporting logistics and operational activities as required.

About the Role

As a FIFO Bus Driver, you will be responsible for:

- Safe transportation of employees, visitors and contractors across site
- Conducting pre-start vehicle inspections and basic vehicle care
- Supporting freight movements and logistics operations
- Loading, unloading and transporting materials using a forklift
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to site safety procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and representing ESS professionally at all times
- Assisting with general site operational requirements when needed

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current HR Licence (essential)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF) (essential)
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to work in a remote FIFO workplace
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous experience in remote site operations, transport or logistics highly regarded




- Ability to pass a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening
