Concrete Colour Solutions is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Warehouse Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Morisset NSW location. In this role, you will be part of a team, providing excellent customer service and supporting operations. You will play a vital part in providing customer service, whilst contributing to the overall success of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting customers warmly and providing knowledgeable assistance in selecting products that meet their needs
- Processing customer transactions accurately using MYOB, handling cash and card payments
- Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment
- Restocking shelves and displays with products
- Loading and unloading stock with Forklift
- Answering customer enquiries about products, availability and pricing with professionalism and confidence
- Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive workplace culture
What we're looking for
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous
- Basis understanding of the concreting insudtry
- Warehouse experience
- MYOB experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
- A positive, friendly and professional attitude towards customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
- Basic numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems (training provided)
- Reliability and punctuality
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20kg items
- Forklift experience
