Looking for a hands-on role working in the mining sector?

CQTex is looking for experienced Wireless & Radio Technicians to join our team, working across mining sites.

You'll work with wireless networks, two-way radio and communications systems, installing equipment, troubleshooting faults and helping keep critical site communications running reliably.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work across multiple sites carrying out:

- Wireless network installations and maintenance

- Two-way radio installation and maintenance

- Fault finding and troubleshooting

- Communications system repairs and upgrades

- General site communications and technology works

You'll be expected to work safely,



troubleshoot problems independently and take pride in delivering quality work.

What You'll Need

- Proven experience as a Wireless or Radio Technician

- Certificate III in Telecommunications or higher

- Open Cabler Registration with:

- Optical Fibre

- Structured Cabling

- Coaxial

- Current C Class Driver's Licence

- Working at Heights certification

- High Risk Work Licence – Boom Type EWP (11m or greater)
