Receptionist | Glow Health Co Ascot

Part-time | Approximately 23 hours per week

Glow Health Co is looking for a warm, organised and people-focused Receptionist to join our Ascot team.

We’re a busy, family-friendly allied health clinic with a team of chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists and allied health practitioners — and we’re all about creating a welcoming experience for both our patients and our team.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, organisation and being part of a close-knit team. Our reception team is often the first and last point of contact for our patients, so a friendly face, great communication and a calm approach go a long way.

?️ The role

Approximately 23 hours per week, across:

Monday afternoon
Tuesday afternoon
Thursday afternoon
Friday afternoon
Approximately 3 hours on Saturday

Exact hours can be discussed with the successful applicant.

✨ What you’ll be doing

Your days will be varied, but will include:

Welcoming patients and creating a warm, friendly first impression
Answering phones, emails and patient enquiries
Managing bookings, cancellations and appointment changes
Processing payments and handling private health/DVA requirements
Keeping reception and the clinic organised and welcoming
Communicating with our practitioners and supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic
Helping patients understand our services and clinic processes
Maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards
Helping our little patients feel comfortable — because at Glow,



children are very much part of the clinic!

? About you

We’d love to meet someone who is:

Warm, friendly and naturally approachable
Confident communicating with people of all ages
Organised and reliable
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Professional but also able to have a laugh
Great at multitasking and staying calm when things get busy
Confident with technology and learning new systems
Someone who takes pride in their work and notices the little things
Comfortable working independently while also being a team player
Experienced in healthcare reception or administration (preferred, but not essential)

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about people and understands that great reception is about more than answering a phone and booking appointments.
