We are looking for a confident and organised Weekend Dental Lead Coordinator to respond to new patient enquiries and book consultations across our Melbourne dental clinics. This is a remote role focused specifically on recent leads generated through our digital marketing campaigns, particularly for dental implants and crowns.
Key responsibilities
- Call new leads promptly after they enquire
- Respond to SMS and online enquiries
- Explain basic treatment pricing and appointment information
- Answer general non-clinical questions
- Book consultations directly into clinic calendars
- Follow up patients who do not answer or do not book immediately
- Follow up missed appointments where required
- Maintain accurate notes and lead records
About you
- Confident speaking with patients over the phone
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Organised and reliable
- Able to work independently from home
- Comfortable using booking systems, CRM software and SMS
- Can respond quickly to incoming enquiries throughout the weekend
- Previous dental reception, treatment coordination, medical reception, sales or appointment-setting experience highly regarded
