Housing Australia's treasury, lending, payments and financial reporting activities operate across a connected ecosystem of critical financial systems. FIS Quantum serves as the treasury and loan management platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations supports finance processes, and our core banking platform manages payments and cash operations. These systems are supported by market data feeds, dealing platform connectivity and a range of integrations that enable seamless financial operations.

Reporting to the Director, Treasury Operations, you will be responsible for the administration, stability, security and continuous improvement of this technology environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring financial systems operate reliably and effectively, supporting key business processes and delivering robust governance across treasury, lending, payment and financial reporting activities.

While this role does not have direct people leadership responsibilities, it requires strong ownership, stakeholder management and vendor engagement capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Technology and external partners to ensure critical systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work across treasury, finance and banking platforms in a highly visible environment where system performance directly supports Housing Australia's ability to deliver Government programs and housing outcomes nationally.

System Administration & Configuration - take responsibility for the administration, configuration and operational support of treasury, finance and core banking systems, ensuring effective day-to-day system performance. Maintain system documentation, configuration records and knowledge assets while managing platform settings and system administration activities.

System Operations & Monitoring - oversee system monitoring and operational processing across treasury and finance platforms,



including batch jobs, market data feeds, revaluations and system interfaces. Ensure data integrity through effective controls and provide reporting on system performance, availability and incident trends.

Incident & Vendor Management - own incident, problem and vendor management activities, including issue investigation, escalation, resolution and stakeholder communication. Build robust vendor partnerships, drive root cause analysis, and support service reviews, governance processes and platform roadmap discussions.

Integrations & Reporting - own the performance and reliability of key system interfaces, including market data, banking channels and finance integrations. Develop and maintain critical business reporting, investigate data issues and provide analysis that supports operational, risk and strategic decision-making.

Security & Access Management - manage access controls and security administration across critical platforms, including user provisioning, role design, approval workflows and segregation of duties controls. Partner with audit and risk stakeholders to strengthen governance and maintain compliance requirements.

Change, Release & Resilience - manage the planning, testing and deployment of system enhancements, patches and releases while assessing impacts on business processes and integrations. Manage test environments, support disaster recovery activities and ensure changes align with established governance and change management frameworks.

Continuous Improvement & Stakeholder Engagement - drive initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, automate reporting and reconciliations, and enhance system capability. Build strong relationships across business and technology teams, provide clear business-focused communication, and support capability uplift through training, documentation and roadmap planning.

What You'll Bring

You are a systems-focused finance,



treasury or banking professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and building strong stakeholder relationships. You combine technical capability with business insight and bring a continuous improvement mindset to ensuring critical financial systems remain secure, stable and fit for purpose. You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience administering and supporting treasury, finance, banking or enterprise systems within a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, payments, financial reporting processes and system controls.
- Experience managing incidents, problem resolution, vendor relationships and operational service delivery.
- Proven capability in systems integration, data analysis, reporting and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of access management, security administration, segregation of duties and governance controls.
- Experience leading system enhancements, testing, releases and change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving automation, process optimisation and operational efficiency.
- Experience with treasury management systems, banking platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, FIS Quantum or similar financial systems will be highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
