Property Manager

LJ Hooker United Group is continuing to grow, and we’re expanding our Property Management team.

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to support our growing portfolio. This role is full time and based in our Bringelly office.

About the Role
You will manage a portfolio of residential (approx. 180 properties total), maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants, overseeing leasing, compliance, and day-to-day portfolio performance.

This role suits someone who thrives under pressure, can confidently manage a busy workload, and takes a proactive, detail-driven approach with a strong focus on growth.

Requirements




• Minimum 3 years experience in property management
• Current Real Estate Licence (essential)
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Solid communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Ability to manage a portfolio end-to-end
