Commercial Cleaners & Supervisors – The Grove Shopping Centre, Golden Grove

Due to significant growth and expansion across Adelaide, Dimeo Cleaning Services is looking for motivated and reliable cleaning professionals to join our team at The Grove Shopping Centre, Golden Grove.

Positions Available

We are currently recruiting for multiple day and night shifts, including:

- Site Manager

- Full-Time Cleaners

- Part-Time Cleaners

- Part-Time External Cleaner / Machine Operator – must be confident operating sweepers and scrubbers and hold a current driver's license

The Opportunity

Working as part of our team at The Grove Shopping Centre, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of presentation and cleanliness throughout the Centre, including general public areas, amenities and external areas.

These are highly visible, customer-facing roles. Regular interaction with shopping Centre management, retailers,



tenants and members of the public will form an important part of the position. Successful applicants will therefore need to be professional, approachable and confident communicators.

What We're Looking For

Successful applicants will ideally have:

- Previous commercial cleaning experience – highly regarded

- Good English communication skills

- Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Reliability and punctuality

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Robust attention to detail and pride in your work

- Ability to use cleaning machinery – highly regarded

- A friendly and professional manner

- Current driver's licence for external cleaning/machine operator positions

- Proof of right to work in Australia, such as an Australian passport, birth certificate or valid visa
