This represents an amazing opportunity with a high performing boutique accounting firm based in the Inner Southern Suburbs. This firm is led by ex Mid Tier and Big 4 Directors who are incredibly proud of the firm they have built.

The firm has a high quality client base of SME clients ($10m+ in turnover) and HNW clients.

POSITION

Due to strong growth and the need to cater for succession planning, the position of Associate Director has been created. This role will involve managing client relationships, managing + mentoring staff and working alongside the Partners to ensure the day to day operations of the firm are running smoothly.

The successful candidate will also attend networking events to grow the firm's brand.

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

- CA/CPA Qualified
- 8+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- A genuine interest in working for a smaller tight knit accounting firm
- A genuine interest in progressing to partnership
- Experience working with larger complex clients
- Previous experience managing staff
- Extensive client relationship management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- No ego,



no big head and a team player
