Our Sydney-based client is a leading project marketing and real estate advisory firm with a strong reputation across residential project sales. With offices across Sydney and an international presence, they combine local property expertise with an extensive international buyer network.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, drive strategy and bring fresh ideas to the business.

This is not a role where you'll simply manage agencies from the sidelines. You'll have the opportunity to be strategic, creative and hands-on, leading campaigns across digital, social, project marketing, events and brand while managing a small team and external partners.

The Role:

- Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns
- Manage Meta and Google Ads, budgets, CPL and lead generation
- Drive social media strategy, content calendars and audience growth
- Lead end-to-end project and property marketing campaigns
- Coordinate video, photography and engaging digital content
- Oversee REA, Domain, EDMs, websites and marketing collateral
- Deliver project launches, VIP events and brand activations
- Manage and mentor marketing staff, contractors and suppliers
- Analyse campaign performance, leads and ROI
- Introduce AI, automation and emerging technology to improve marketing performance and efficiency
- Work closely with senior leadership to support continued brand and business growth

About You:





- Must have marketing experience within real estate, property or development
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media and lead generation
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads
- Experience delivering property or project marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- A creative mindset backed by strong commercial thinking
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The confidence to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level
