About the role

Casual barista and floor person position available circa 25 hours per week. Our ethos is to make consistent high quality coffee, 80% dine-in using La Marzocca Coffee Machine, Mazzer Grinders, Puck Press, Wally Milk Steamer and RO Filter System. Day work only, though applicants must be available weekends. The role includes open hatch server creating excellent customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

- Make high quality coffee with understanding of extraction parameters
- Create latte art
- Provide excellent customer interaction as open hatch server
- Work in team environment

- Experienced making high quality coffee
- Understanding of tasting extract to ensure exacting parameters are followed
- Proficient in latte art
- Enthusiastic about coffee
- Prepared to work in team environment
- Available weekends
