Our kitchen has just gone through major renovations to create a kitchen the top chefs dream of!

Our venues include Fancy Hank's, a long-standing BBQ institution, Valuable Heavens, a bustling rooftop cocktail bar and Springrock, a modern pub serving counter-meals. Join our team as we take on the new and exciting challenge of cooking for three venues; barbecue, elegant canapes and modern pub classics.

The person we're looking for has

- Passion for both cooking and learning

- Minimum 2 years experience for CDP ,Minimum 1year experience for Commis chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment and working with medium to large teams

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery

- Candidates may apply for either CDP or Commis positions

- Preference for American BBQ or wood-fired cooking experience.

- A great work ethic





- The ability to work within a tight-knit team

- Excellent communication skills

- Must provide employment references to demonstrate employment history

- The ability to work in Australia
