About the role

Meadows Hotel is seeking experienced hospitality professionals for the following positions

- Assistant Manager

- Duty Manager

These are full-time positions that will play a crucial role in supporting day to day operations, as well as coordinating and overseeing events at our venue.

What you'll be doing

- Assisting in overseeing daily hotel operations of the venue, staffing, and service delivery

- Coordinate and oversee events and functions, ensuring seamless planning and execution

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction

- Manage and train a team of food and beverage staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency

- Monitor and control budgets, inventory, and costs to ensure profitability

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the hotel's hospitality operations

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or management role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to understand and meet the needs of diverse clientele

- Proficient in budgeting,



inventory management, and cost control procedures

- Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful events and functions

- Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
