About the role

We are a highly successful, multi-disciplinary clinic featuring a team of busy General Practitioners alongside a diverse group of specialists, including Plastic Surgeons, Dermatologists, Urologists, and Allergists/Immunologists. Key responsibilities

- Creating comprehensive Chronic Disease Management (CDM) care plans and team care arrangements

- Conducting thorough health assessments for various age demographics

- Performing wound reviews, removal of stitches/staples, and assisting with minor surgical procedures

- Administering routine childhood, travel, and seasonal immunisations, as well as specialized injections

- Adapting to assist the varying needs of on-site specialists (e.g., post-op care for plastic surgery, skin checks support for dermatology)

- Managing patient flow, handling phone triaging, and responding to acute clinical presentations

About you

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN)





- Prior experience in General Practice or a fast-paced outpatient/acute setting is highly regarded

- Solid computer literacy and familiarity with medical software (e.g., MedicalDirector, Best Practice)

- Valid immunization provider certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Able to rapidly absorb new clinical protocols and adapt to the preferences of multiple different doctors and specialists

- Comfortable managing a busy workload without compromising on patient care or safety

- Gifted at building rapport quickly with a variety of people, from patients to surgical specialists

- Eager to work collaboratively within the nurse roster, sharing knowledge and supporting peers
