The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial & Finance Manager to join a well-established national business. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will play a critical part in managing financial performance, commercial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and stakeholder engagement across a significant service-based operation.

This position suits a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational leaders, analysing business performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes
- Provide commercial insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards and management reports
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs and optimise financial outcomes
- Manage contract performance reporting and commercial deliverables
- Support risk management and governance activities
- Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to influence business performance
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvement initiatives across finance and commercial functions

The Candidate

- CA or CPA qualification (or be working towards completion)
- Experience in commercial finance, management accounting or business partnering roles
- Strong budgeting,



forecasting and financial analysis capability
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Experience working within a service-based, infrastructure, facilities management, contracting or project-driven workplace will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
