About the role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, variety and being out on different sites rather than sitting behind a desk. Your work will vary depending on the job. Full training will be provided. No tools/equipment required. As you become more capable, you'll be given more responsibility. For the right person, the progression is: General Labourer → Senior Team Member → Team Leader. A Team Leader will eventually be trusted to run jobs, manage another worker or small crew, communicate with clients and make sure work is completed to Cavalry Cleans' standards.

Key responsibilities

- Commercial and industrial glass cleaning
- Water-fed pole window cleaning
- General commercial cleaning
- Construction and final cleans
- Deep cleaning
- End-of-lease cleaning
- Moving and setting up equipment
- Basic labouring and site preparation
- Working alongside other cleaners and labourers
- Assisting with quality checks and job completion

About you

- Turns up when they say they will
- Is punctual and dependable
- Works hard without needing to be constantly pushed
- Is physically capable of hands-on work
- Learns quickly
- Can follow instructions

Experience in cleaning, labouring, landscaping, warehousing, removals, construction, window cleaning or other physical work will be highly regarded. Driver's licence and reliable transport are strongly preferred.
