We are looking for a friendly individual with excellent communication skills and a warm, welcoming presence to join our growing team as a Receptionist.

About the role

The role includes (but is not limited to):
Welcoming patients into the practice
Close communication between the admin and clinical teams
Managing multiple phone lines
Opening up / closing down of the practice
Maintaining patient records
Organisation of referrals
Use of Dentally dental software for the smooth running of appointment book including bookings, cancellations and confirmations
Recalls
Post op calls
Monitoring and responding to emails




Use of eftpos machine / claiming through hi-caps, private health funds, Medicare CDBS and billing of DVA, HNEH and Medico Legal

Skills and experience

Experience not essential.
Admin experience an advantage, especially in a healthcare/medical setting.
Training provided.
