Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive operation in Caringbah.

This is an prospect to join a fast-moving business that is building a different kind of used vehicle retail experience — modern, customer-focused and highly digital, backed by the broader EVRI and DENZA group.

The Role

Based in Caringbah, you’ll be responsible for taking customers from initial enquiry through to delivery while helping us build a strong, high-performing used vehicle operation.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound digital, phone and walk-in enquiries
Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
Following up customers quickly and consistently
Negotiating and closing vehicle sales
Maintaining accurate CRM activity and customer records
Working closely with finance, stock and operations teams
Building repeat and referral business
Ensuring vehicles are presented and advertised to a high standard
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to handover

What We’re Looking For

Automotive sales experience is preferred, particularly within used vehicles, but attitude and commercial drive are equally significant.

You’ll be someone who:




Is confident, energetic and comfortable closing a deal
Understands the importance of speed-to-lead and disciplined follow-up
Can build rapport without relying on old-school sales tactics
Takes ownership of their customers and results
Is comfortable working with digital leads and online buyers
Thrives in a performance-driven environment
Has strong communication and negotiation skills
Holds a current NSW Driver Licence
