We're looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our Manning café.

This is an prospect to lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and foster a genuine sense of community in one of Perth's well-established local neighbourhoods.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Leading, inspiring and developing your café team
Recruiting, onboarding and training new Team Members
Creating a positive and engaged workplace culture
Delivering exceptional guest experience
Managing rosters, labour costs and productivity targets
Driving sales and commercial performance
Managing inventory, stock control and wastage
Maintaining Dome standards for quality, service and cleanliness




Supporting the development of future leaders within your team
Ensuring the café operates safely, efficiently and profitably
