ROLE

You will be answering incoming calls & emails from customers and updating information in relation to customer's account and dealing with rewards requests.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven Customer service experience in Hospitality, Travel or Retail OR call centre experience highly regarded
Monday - Friday roster between 6am - 8pm (Typically 37.5 hours working week).
Available to interview 22nd of September (in person)
Start date: 12th of October 2026
Minimum 6 months assignment

Must be able to commence training in the office and work FT in the office during this period
