An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Support Officer to join an established software business in a 100% remote, work from home role.

You'll provide day-to-day customer support, user assistance, online training and administration, helping clients get the most out of the company's software platform. This is a great opportunity for someone from customer service, client support, help desk or administration who enjoys problem solving, building relationships and working independently.

Your Responsibilities
Providing timely and effective client and customer support
Responding to user queries and providing clear solutions
Delivering and assisting with online client training
Supporting clients with the use of the software platform
Maintaining and improving customer support resources




Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams

About You
Experience in customer service, client support, technical support, administration or help desk support
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote workplace
Experience working with accountants or accounting specialists, or a qualification in accounting, will be highly regarded but is not essential
