An opportunity has become available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established business based in Sydney.

This is an immediate-start position and could be offered as either a 6-month fixed-term contract or straight permanent, depending on the successful candidate.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end Accounts Payable
Processing a high volume of invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations
Preparing and processing payment runs
Managing the AP inbox and responding to supplier queries
Bank and account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate supplier records
Assisting with month-end where required
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:
Financial Services experience is a must




Previous Accounts Payable experience
Solid reconciliation skills and attention to detail
Positive Excel skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Full Australian working rights
Immediate availability

3 days per week in the office
