Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly technical, hands-on
developer to modernise complex, time-critical applications supporting energy
market operations.

What we need
Robust backend development
experience with C# and contemporary .NET, preferably .NET 8 or later.
Advanced Oracle SQL and
PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning, transactions, locking and
concurrency.
Experience with
asynchronous, multithreaded, scheduled or event-driven systems.
Robust understanding of
synchronisation, race conditions, timeouts, retries and failure recovery.
Ability to troubleshoot
across application code, databases, services, configuration, scripts and
infrastructure.
Experience modernising
legacy systems while preserving existing business rules and processing
outcomes.
Solid debugging,



root-cause
analysis capabilities.
Frontend experience with HTML5,
JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS and Vue 3 is beneficial.
