About the role

Chameleon Care Group is a nurse-led NDIS provider looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team across Sydney. We focus on providing safe, respectful and genuinely person-centred care in people's own homes and communities.

Key responsibilities
Personal care, showering, dressing and grooming
Toileting and continence support
Manual handling and protected transfers
Mobility assistance
Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking
Domestic assistance and maintaining a secure home workplace
Community access and appointments
Medication support within your scope and training
Following individual care plans and clinical recommendations
Accurate documentation and reporting

About you
Experienced Disability Support Workers or university students currently studying Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedicine, Psychology, Social Work, or other relevant health or disability-related disciplines




Former nurses considering returning to care
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check where required
Current First Aid certificate
Current CPR certificate
Infection Prevention and Control training
Manual Handling training
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current Australian driver's licence
