An exciting chance is available for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the People & Culture team of a highly regarded professional services organisation.
Supporting a Senior People & Culture Executive and leadership team, this position offers a unique combination of executive support, stakeholder engagement, event coordination and project involvement.
The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to the Group Executive and senior leaders within the People & Culture function. Acting as a trusted business partner, you'll ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations while contributing to employee engagement and culture initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Complex calendar and diary management for the Group Executive and senior P&C; leaders
Coordinate meetings, agendas and logistics across the team
Act as a key point of contact between senior leaders, internal stakeholders and external partners
Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business
Manage approvals and workflow processes on behalf of the Group Executive
Travel coordination and booking management
Raise purchase orders and assist with budget oversight
Expense management and administration support
Presentation preparation and formatting
General executive and team administration support
Events & Engagement
