Charcoal & Crisp is looking for an experienced Chef to join our growing kitchen team in Crows Nest.

We are seeking someone reliable, quick, and passionate about food who can work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
Food preparation and cooking during service
Grill, fryer, and kitchen station management
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Supporting overall kitchen operations

Requirements
Minimum 2 years kitchen experience
Experience in rapid-paced restaurant kitchens
Ability to work independently and within a team
Robust knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Weekend and evening availability
Experience in charcoal grilling or Filipino cuisine is an advantage

Shift Availability: Tuesday to Sunday

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
