Role Information:

As a BMW Call Support Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving appointment generation across both Sales and Service departments, with a strong focus on Aftersales support for multiple dealerships within the Auto Sports Group network.

Your primary focus will be to deliver an exceptional customer experience by securing high-quality, high-volume appointments for each dealership while maintaining transparent and consistent communication with customers and dealership teams.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional first point of contact for our customers, helping to optimise dealership efficiency and support customer satisfaction at every touchpoint.
