Experienced Chef / Cook – Café | BAKE’D Punchbowl

Job Description:

BAKE’D Sydney is looking for an experienced Chef or Cook to join our team at our busy Punchbowl café.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a rapid-paced café kitchen and takes pride in producing consistent, well-presented food.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook all-day breakfast and brunch dishes
Work confidently with eggs, burgers, sandwiches and other café-style meals
Follow BAKE’D recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards
Complete daily food preparation and stock rotation
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
Work effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams

About You:




Previous experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a busy café
Strong breakfast and brunch experience
Rapid, organised and reliable
Good attention to food quality and presentation
Able to work well under pressure
Must be available weekends
Positive attitude and good teamwork skills

Location: Punchbowl, NSW
Employment: Casual / Part-time / Full time opportunities available
Pay: Competitive rate based on experience

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
