About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join a growing operations team manufacturing high-spec ute canopies and service body fit-outs.

$38.00 – $45.00 per hour + Superannuation (depending on experience)
Permanent, long-term employment
Full-time Monday to Friday role (40 hours per week)
Shift Times: 6:00am – 2:45pm

Key Responsibilities
Set up, program, and operate CNC Press Brake machinery to fold and form sheet metal components
Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to consistent, high-quality standards
Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and job specifications accurately
Inspect formed components using measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised workspace adhering to Lean manufacturing practices




Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
Work effectively both independently and within a collaborative production team

About You
Organised, highly reliable, and safety-conscious
Passionate about producing high-quality metalwork and custom fabrications
Able to manage multiple priorities and workloads efficiently
Attentive to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
A strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
Motivated with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic

Skills & Experience
Previous experience operating CNC Press Brake machines (or similar sheet metal folding machinery) is essential
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and bend allowances
Proficiency using hand tools and measuring equipment (calipers, protractors, micrometres)
Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal work, or vehicle body building is highly regarded
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control
